Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
International packages cannot be stopped once they are shipped. If a refund is requested after shipment, the only way to apply for a return refund is to wait until the package is signed for. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs including customs clearance fees.


 

EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without a valid reason. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
